Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) Systems are designed for for high combustion temperatures of over 1100 °C in the combustion chamber (thermal NOx), and if nitrogen is contained in the fuel (fuel NOx). It is a reducing agent injected into the flue gas at temperatures of 260 to 390 °C. Suitable substances are, depending on customer's requirements, gaseous ammonia, ammonia water or urea. The subsequent process is the selective conversion of NOx and NH3 and/or NH2 (as the case may be) to N2 and H2O.
Electro-Chemical Devices' series of sensors for chlorine analysis fit into chlorine monitoring systems in a wide variety of aqueous environments. The FCA-22 Free Chlorine Sensor, TCA-22 Total Chlorine Sensor and CDA-22 Chlorine Dioxide Sensor are high-accuracy amperometric sensors for fresh water applications including monitoring of industrial cooling and rinse water, drinking water and wastewater. All chlorine sensors are also available as turn-key panel mount systems, featuring a simple “plumb-and-play” design combined with ECD’s C22 Analyzer/Controller.
The WWETCO FlexFilter is a simple gravity system with a robust design as a high-rate compressible media filter. The influent liquid applies a hydrostatic force to the compression bladder causing the media to compress. It uses a synthetic compressible media to capture solids in the high-rate filtration process. The combination of tapered media compression, porosity gradient with the media bed and a low flow backwash system make the WWETCO a versatile filer.
The Multi-Cal ISE system allows the user to store multiple calibration ranges in the laboratory and then retrieve them for use as needed in the field. The Multi-Cal kit provides from two to four calibration ranges and the LabNavigator monitors up to four ISE's simultaneously. The handheld LabNavigator with Multi-Cal for ISE provide multi-range, immediate, spot-on, field chemical analysis. Multi-Cal kits are available for Nitrate, Ammonium, pH, Calcium, and Chloride with others on request.
EXAIR's 110 Gallon Chip Trapper removes solids such as chips, swarf and shavings out of used coolants and other liquids with its compressed air power. It vacuums the dirty coolant or liquid into the included 110 gallon drum; while trapping all the solids in a reusable filter bag. There are no motors or impellers to clog or wear out. It features a built-in pressure/vacuum relief and an automatic safety shutoff to prevent spills or overfilling.
The Vadose Organic Substrate features bioremediate chlorinated solvents in the unsaturated soils. The technology allows the thixotropic gel to form a stable oil/water suspension that remains in situ after injection. This suspension provides an anaerobic environment in the vadose zone with the appropriate nutrients for the microbes to remediate recalcitrant compounds, such as chlorinated compounds.
Hi-Flo ES is a high-efficiency ASHRAE grade pocket filter that uses 27 to 50 percent less HVAC energy and has 25 to 30 percent longer service life than competitive filters. ASHRAE grade pocket filters combine three factors critical to commercial buyers – low total cost of operation, longer service life and the ability to operate without a prefilter. Key to the performance of the Hi-Flo ED is a high-lofted, air laid micro fiberglass media and a unique pocket configuration.

PIG LEAKTRAPPER is a universal absorbent bag designed to secure leaking nozzles, faucets and valves. The bag captures the leaks and drips at their source before they hit the ground or contaminate soil. It contains low-profile PIG Mat pads held in place by a permeable inner liner. The PIG Mat pads soak up and retain oils, coolants, solvents and water even when the bag is turned upside down. The bag also provides an extra level of containment for liquid that leaches from oversaturated absorbents.
The Bio-Mod Modular Bioretention System is a modular pre-cast concrete bio-filtration cell system developed to add consistency to design and construction, with features to enhance filter performance, structural integrity, reduced construction and on-going maintenance costs. Designed for use with local agency bioretention cell designs, Bio-Mod is compatible for use with all types of filter soils, including non-proprietary low-flow (5 to 10 inches an hour) or high-flow soils.
BioBarrier Membrane BioReactor utilizes flat sheet membranes for a versatile design and robust process in wastewater recycling. Engineered in a small footprint and immersed directly in the aeration process, the BioBarrier has a high surface area of membrane material in a double plate configuration. Treated water moves through the pores to the space between the films; a pump then extracts the clean water to discharge into the environment. BioBarrier removes biological along with E. Coli and fecal coliform without add on disinfection.
The MICRON XL filter is a large filament wound pressure vessel for media filtration. It takes up over 400 square feet of effective filtration area and features a horizontal configuration of 138” dia. by 450”. The filter is capable of achieving flow rates over 6000 GPM per filter and has an air scour compatible with a nozzle plate design. It comes with 20“ inlet and outlet dual 42” man ways.
GF Piping Systems
The Signet 4630 Free-Chlorine Analyzer System from GF Piping Systems is designed with amperometric sensing technology that incorporates a clear flow cell, flow regulator, sensors, filter and rotameter all in one compact unit. The fully integrated system provides a turnkey solution for accurately measuring free chlorine. The analyzer features pre-wired electronics, a 120 VAC power plug, two 4 to 20 mA outputs and two mechanical relays. It also offers the ability to have manual or continuous pH compensation that allows for highly accurate free chlorine readings.

Tri-Flow is a filtration concept delivering HEPA-like performance. Compact filters provide 2-3 times more filtration compared to similarly dimensioned bag (pocket) filters and are typically rated MERV 10-13. There are 7 filter media, including options for oleophobic, high temperature and anti-static applications. All media is pleated and continuously bonded for maximum dimensional stability and filtration integrity. A rigid base molding protects the elements; a resilient mounting flange provides a dust seal that prevents bypass.
The AND1000 Fluorimeter enables field testing in two short steps, eliminating or significantly reducing test expenditures, complexity and wait times experienced in traditional heavy metal water testing. ANDalyze's proprietary catalytic DNA sensors use a DNAzyme reaction that fluoresces in the presence of a target contaminant substance such as lead, uranium, copper and mercury. The fluorescence of the reaction is dynamically measured to determine the concentration of the target heavy metal at levels in the low parts per billion (ppb).
EHC-L by Adventus, is a cold-water soluble formulation of EHC that is specially designed to be emplaced via existing wells and/or hydraulic injection networks for the treatment of a wide range of groundwater contaminants. . EHC-L is a stable, buffered, micro-emulsion of slow-release, food-grade carbon (lecithin), ferrous iron and a redbox buffer (cysteine). EHC-L is designed for on-site dilution with cold water and subsequent application via screened wells or direct push technology for the treatment of compounds amenable to reductive transformation, including chlorinated hydrocarbons and some dissolved heavy metals. It generates both biotic and abiotic reductive mechanisms and capitalizes on synergies between the two.
