StormTrap, Oldcastle Precast Settle Patent Litigation
Oldcastle Precast, Inc., of Auburn, Wash., and StormTrap, LLC of Morris, Ill., have entered into an agreement under confidential terms disposing of a patent litigation regarding an underground stormwater detention/retention system in New Jersey.
In this agreement, Oldcastle recognized and agrees to honor and respect StormTrap's patent rights.
"We have successfully resolved the Oldcastle litigation," said Justin May, vice president of StormTrap, LLC. "We will continue to be diligent in defending our innovative patents."
StormTrap, LLC offers precast concrete stormwater management systems.
