AWWA Webcast to Discuss Regulatory Actions
On Nov. 4, the American Water Works Association (AWWA) will host a "How Your Utility Should Prepare for USEPA's Future Regulatory Actions" Webcast.
It will cover the four significant regulatory actions EPA took in 2009:
- The final third Contaminant Candidate List (CCL3)
- The supplemental request for comments on a potential regulatory determination for perchlorate;
- The Notice of Data Availability for the geologic sequestration rule under the Underground Injection Control program; and
- A case study on the use of nanomaterials in water treatment.
