RTO Oxidizers
The RETOX® dual-chamber, regenerative thermal oxidizer systems convert volatile organic compound gas to carbon dioxide and water vapor. The oxidizer consists of a reinforced, internally insulated chamber filled with low-pressure drop, ceramic heat exchangers. The incoming gas flow is automatically controlled by a poppet valve which changes the direction of the gas flow at regular intervals. A programmable logic control system with remote modem-based telemetry diagnostics provides an even internal temperature distribution throughout the combustion chamber.
