Pederson to Lead STW Resources

TW Resources, Inc. announced on March 12 the appointment of Eric D. Pedersen to the position of chief executive officer and chair of the Board of Directors. Pedersen succeeds Gene Brock, who served as interim chair and interim chief executive officer prior to Pedersen's appointment. Brock is returning to his role as president of the company.

Pedersen has over 20 years of mergers and acquisitions and financing transaction experience, a significant portion of which has been in the water industry. Prior to joining the company, Pedersen co-managed The Water Fund, LP, a New York-based hedge fund that invested globally in water-related companies, including utilities, infrastructure, and technology companies. He also led the business development group at GE Water & Process Technologies, completing numerous acquisitions and divestitures of water-related businesses.

Pedersen received a master's in business administration from The Wharton Graduate School of Business and was graduated summa cum laude from Princeton University with a bachelor's degree.

Pedersen added, "The combination of STW's oilfield and project management capability with GE's robust technology creates a partnership that can provide truly unique solutions to our customers' product water challenges. I am very excited to be part of this dedicated and capable team."
