Air Project Brings Potable Water to Village
Air Water International Corp. subsidiary Air Water Corp. and its Indian licensee Watermaker (India) Pvt Ltd. have obtained the local Indian government of Andhra Pradesh approval for the water test covering the Air Water Station in Jalimudi Village, according to a recent press release.
Commenting on this latest development, Chief Executive Officer Michael Zwebner stated: "This is another great milestone for Air Water Corporation. Our machines are already recognized as the best in the world, and the water produced from them have passed all drinking water standards. This latest full approval, confirming the air water to be fit for drinking and human consumption, is testimony to our superior technology, systems, and products."
For the villagers of Jalimudi village in Seethanagaram Mandal, of East Godavari District in the state of Andhra Pradesh, it is an historic event. Jalimudi is the first village in the world to have a sustained water supply that is not from the sea, river, lake, pipeline, well, or transported by water tankers and trucks.
