Photovac, Inc.

PetroPRO for BTEX

Photovac, Inc., the manufacturer of premium instruments for volatile organic compound analysis in air, soil, and groundwater, has introduced the PetroPRO for the detection of BTEX compounds.

The measurement of BTEX compounds (benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and xylene) is critical to maintain compliance with environmental and occupational health and safety regulations. The intrinsically safe PetroPRO provides real-time measurements and, with its gas chromatography-based technology, it offers unsurpassed accuracy with the lowest detection limits available in a portable instrument. The PetroPRO is easy to operate, thereby minimizing training time. With the simple push of a button, the PetroPRO runs through the BTEX analysis and provides quick results.

    Almetek Industries, Inc.

Stainless Steel, Aluminum & Brass STORM DRAIN MARKERS

Almetek developed their line of Storm Drain Markers with longevity and durability in mind. The discs are formed with turned down edges, ensuring against theft and snowplow displacement. This design, along with the sand blasting process to the back of the marker, allows for maximum adhesion to any surface. Custom markers can be created with unique symbols and legends.

      WILO EMU

      Packaged Lift Stations

EMUPORT Packaged Lift Stations from WILO EMU are available with an integral solids separation system. The robust system prevents lift station blockages, including systems with a high percentage of solid content. This includes sewage containing material that will not dissolve. The dry-pit design allows pumps to be maintained without contact with the sewage, and it can be installed above or below ground. Sewage flows into a collection chamber where the solid content is held.

        Assured Automation

        Butterfly Valve

Assured Automation's line of resilient seated butterfly valves offer high-flow coefficients, ISO top mounting, a one-piece body with a self-centering disc, and a large selection of direct-mount actuators and gear operators. The valves are available in sizes 2 through 12 inches with a pressure rating up to 225 psi, and the 14- to 24-inch valves have a pressure rating up to 160 psi.

          SonicSolutions

          Algae Control

SonicSolutions is an ultrasonic algae-control device that removes algae without harming aquatic life. The unit floats just below the water's surface and kills algae by producing a precise frequency of ultrasonic waves that disrupts and destroys the cellular functioning and structure of the algae. The device is easy to use and is safe for all fish, plants, and other aquatic life, and it can lower pH and total suspended solids. Applications include pools, reservoirs, fish and farm ponds, lakes, lagoons, tanks, and other water management environments.

            Hungerford & Terry

            Filter

GreensandPlus™ from Hungerford & Terry is a black filter media that removes soluble iron, manganese, hydrogen sulfide, arsenic, and radium from water supplies. The manganese dioxide-coated surface acts as a catalyst in the oxidation reduction reaction of iron and manganese. The silica sand core allows it to withstand operating conditions in waters that are low in silica, total dissolved solids (TDS), and hardness. The product is effective at higher operating temperatures and differential pressures. Systems may be designed using vertical or horizontal pressure filters, as well as open gravity filters.

              Mi .Data

Mi.Data is a  web-based portal that enables municipalities to strengthen relationships with consumers by providing a consolidated view of water and electricity usage online. Usage data that is collected and stored by Mi.Net, an advanced two-way AMI system graphically presented to consumers in a format allowing them to monitor their water and electricity consumption; set preferences to receive informational alerts on water bans, usage goals, budget thresholds and data anomalies, which may indicate potential household water leaks; and compare current usage to previous time periods (by day, week, or month).
