Climate change isn't a dead issue, it is embedded in all the other categories listed. It can be partially addressed through human efforts, but at a scale and time frame that doesn't show up on the job.
Waste is a very important factor as it could create a nuisance to the public, could lead to several disease outbreaks, could also result in death if care is not taken and finally could fetch money and wealth for a country's economy in the process of reducing waste by reusing and also recycling.
Climate change is a dead issue! Nobody is concerned about it because it is part of a cycle that is not changeable by human efforts. By the time all the government politicians jump on board it's again on the wrong side of history.
