Metrohm ProcessLab Analyzer
Brinkmann Instruments, Inc. introduces the Metrohm® ProcessLab, a fully customized, at-line automation analyzer. The system uses proven hardware and software, including micro sample loops, overflow pipettes, pumps, valves, stirrers, and Dosinos®. Modular, compact, and robust design allows for installation at the process line, pilot plant, or laboratory. Hermetical separation of electronics protects the unit against dust and liquids. Industrial PC- and PLC-driven controller allows for extensive communication within a process environment. The unit carries out analyses including pH, acid value, chloride, and vitamin C, all without operator intervention. It can also be equipped with a high-speed homogenizer for the dissolution of solids as well as hot water to dissolve powders.
