Automation Analyzer
Brinkmann Instruments's Metrohm ProcessLab is a fully customized, at-line automation analyzer. The unit uses micro-sample loops, overflow pipettes, pumps, valves, stirrers, and Dosinos®. Hermetical separation of electronics protects against dust and liquids. Industrial PC- and PLC-driven controllers allow for communication within a process environment. The product analyzes pH, acid value, chloride, and vitamin C. The analyzer also can be equipped with a high-speed homogenizer for the dissolution of solids as well as hot water to dissolve powders.
