NJDEP will host a one-day program on June 21 to provide an overview of the Final Rule Package. NJDEP adopted the package in early May. Under the package, NJDEP will implement the Site Remidiation Reform Act (SRRA) and transition its oversight of contaminated site remediation projects to LSRP. During the program, speakers will go over changes in procedures, submissions and time frames.
