The EPA has awarded $7.8 million to Guam for wastewater and drinking water infrastructure improvements.

The EPA has reached a $5.5 million settlement for the cleanup of Ward Transformer Superfund Site located in Raleigh, North Carolina.

"Users rely on accurate, up-to-date information about ingredients, directions for use, hazards, and safety precautions. This settlement sends a strong message to pesticide companies to maintain compliance with all federal environmental laws."
The document defines the New York Offshore Study Area and identifies wind energy areas outside of that study area that will be reviewed for their grid interconnection, costs, and benefits, with all of the options being included in a final Offshore Wind Master Plan expected at the end of 2017.
