GaiaRecycle Discusses Benefits of Onsite Food Waste Recycling
GaiaRecycle LLC, a global provider of organic waste recycling systems, is displaying its G-100H system at the WasteExpo show, May 10 to 12 at the Dallas Convention Center, and discussing how organizations can benefit from incorporating an onsite food/organic waste recycling program into their operations. The GaiaRecycle G-100H stainless steel system, one model in the company’s food/organic waste recycling systems product line, represents the efficient and sturdy design, yet simple operational features.
Attendees at the WasteExpo show can receive an up-close view of GaiaRecycle’s patented “double helix” shredder and blade technology, and learn how the GaiaRecycle systems accelerate the organic decomposition process based on drying, sterilizing and grinding mixed food scraps and organic waste. During the eight to 11 hours processing cycle, food waste weight and volume are reduced by up to 90 percent and the proprietary six-step deodorizer process removes unpleasant odors. The resulting output material from processed food waste is a sterilized, easy-to-handle, compostable soil amendment. No microorganisms, enzymes, water or other additives are required during processing.
GaiaRecycle features a wide range of models for processing almost any amount of food and organic waste with consistent and reliable performance. GaiaRecycle’s modular systems range from processing capacities of 66 lbs. per day to two tons per day for small-volume and mid-sized users, and up to 100+ tons per day for large organic waste recycling plants. “Turn-key” features include safe, simple push-button operations and automated controls including built-in temperature and moisture sensors.
