AWWA Plans Public Outreach for Conservation Webcast
On Aug. 25, the American Water Works Association will host a webcast on Public Outreach Planning & Programs for Water Conservation. This program will describe how utilities can develop a successful process for planning and implementing outreach programs that promote and support water conservation.
In addition, the webcast will assess successful water conservation outreach plans from across the country and review how utilities can evaluate their own programs.
Webcast presenters include Paul Lander, Ph.D, principal, Dakota Ridge Partners; J.C. Davis, senior public information coordinator, Southern Nevada Water Authority; and Melissa Essex Elliott, manager of Water Conservation, Denver Water.
