Hard Hat Services Acquires Ely Energy, Forms Aether DBS

Hard Hat Services (HHS), an industrial environmental engineering and construction management firm headquartered in Naperville, Ill., has acquired Ely Energy, of Tulsa, Okla. The new combined company, called aether dbs, will offer clients full service design/build solutions and engineered modular systems for air, water, energy, infrastructure, and environmental projects. “Aether” is the mythical fifth element that fills the universal void and connects all other elements.
