AECOM Wins $12.5-M. Coast Guard Contract Renewal
AECOM Technology Corp., a provider of professional technical and management support services, said its environment business line has been awarded a $12.5-million, multi-year, nationwide contract renewal by the U.S. Coast Guard for environmental and engineering services at onshore and offshore navigation facilities.
Under the five-year contract, AECOM Environment is providing environmental compliance and auditing, remedial engineering and management, and stormwater management planning for onshore and offshore facilities such as lighthouse structures, waterfront facilities, buildings, and grounds and other aids to navigation. AECOM Environment is currently performing 15 environmental support projects for the Coast Guard including a major remediation, decommissioning, and site closure at the Curtis Bay Shipyard in Baltimore.
