Bloom Joins HDR
Donna Bloom has joined HDR as the West Region major pursuits manager for HDR's Water business group.
She will be leading major water pursuits, marketing strategic clients, and assisting with other marketing activities associated with HDR's Water and other business groups. She will be based in the Reno, Nev., office.
Bloom has a strong network of clients throughout the western United States as a result of her work in directing major water and environmental related associations over the past 10 years. She has worked with clients at the local, state, and federal levels.
Most recently, Bloom provided executive management services to several associations including as executive director of the Nevada Water Resources Association and executive director for the Multi-State Salinity Coalition, a national organization dealing with salinity issues. Previously, she was also the administrative director for the Western Coalition of Arid States, an organization composed of 10 western states dealing with water quality issues in arid climates. Other former clients have included the Floodplain Management Association, Geological Society of Nevada, and Nevada Water Environmental Association.
