Moore Joins HDR as Biosolids Management Lead

Michael Moore has joined HDR’s Water business group as the national program lead for biosolids management. He will be based in HDR’s Irvine, Calif., office.

Moore will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive, national practice for biosolids management. In this role, he will lead strategic planning, networking and key client pursuits.

Formerly Moore led the biosolids management program at the Orange County Sanitation District in Southern California, where he also served as division manager for environmental compliance and regulatory affairs. The program has won national awards for excellence and environmental stewardship.

He also co-chairs development of the Solids Processing, Design and Management manual for the Water Environmental Federation, the Water Environment Research Foundation and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
