AWWA Sets Webcast for Operators on Dec. 16
The American Water Works Association will host a "Hot Topics in Water- What Do They Mean to Me as an Operator" webcast on Dec.16.
This final webcast in the fall operator series will be an informative and situational-based exercise for operators who are trying to address new information, research, and news as it relates to their role in the water industry.
Attendees will learn how to identify sources of information and list contact links, communication steps when faced with a media encounter, formulate sequence for an effective emergency response plan, and much more.
