Philadelphia Mixing Solutions Appoints New Managers for SAM Program
Philadelphia Mixing Solutions, a leader in process mixing technology, it has added two new regional sales managers to its Service All Mixers (SAM) program.
Timothy McCullough, formerly of Micromatic, LLC, will oversee SAM sales in the Indiana, Kentucky, Southeastern Illinois, and Southeastern Ohio areas. Justin Acklin, a 15-year veteran of John Crane, Inc., is responsible for sales in the Oklahoma, Kansas, and Missouri areas, as well as part of Arkansas.
The company's SAM program lets plant operators work with a single company for scheduled mixer upkeep, planned upgrades, or emergency repairs, regardless of who manufactured the mixer. It also offers three-year warranties for all repair work, as well as true root-cause failure analysis – acting as the “CSI” of mixer performance – which identifies mechanical failures in the context of process conditions to help customers eliminate downtime and promote higher levels of performance and repeatability.
“Skyrocketing energy and operations costs are forcing manufacturing and processing companies to laser-focus on efficiencies,” said John Reilly, general manager of the SAM division for Philadelphia Mixing Solutions. “Our SAM program helps solve customers’ most complex mixing challenges while saving them the hassle of dealing with numerous manufacturers’ service contracts, turnaround times, and prices – all while increasing the overall financial health of the plant by ensuring that all mixer-related processes are operating properly.”
