Agency Soliciting for Lab Preparedness Services

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is soliciting applications from eligible applicants for technical assistance and support necessary to coordinate preparedness activities of the environmental laboratory sector.

The agency anticipates that only one award will be made and the project period will be six years. The award will be incrementally funded at an expected minimum of $200,000, up to $400,000 per year, depending on agency priorities, available funding levels, and satisfactory performance of the recipient.

The Request for Applications, “Technical Assistance and Support for Environmental Laboratory Coordination,” is posted under the heading: "What competitive funding opportunities are available?" at www.epa.gov/safewater/funding/index.html.
