Li Is Severn Trents Operations Manager in Shanghai
Severn Trent Services has appointed Will Li to the position of operations manager in the company’s China unit, Severn Trent Water Technologies Co., Ltd. in Shanghai.
Li is responsible for overall operations in the Shanghai office, including technical sales, field service, project engineering, procurement, customer service, and quality assurance. He is also responsible for health and safety compliance for site operations.
Li brings 15 years of experience in the industrial and municipal wastewater markets to the position with expertise in engineering, project management and company operations. Prior to joining the company, he served as office manager and chief environmental engineer for Earth Systems Ltd.; project development manager for Montgomery Watson Harza Global Inc.; and senior environmental engineer for URS Corporation – all in Shanghai.

Li earned a bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering from Wuhan Institute of Urban Construction in Wuhan, China, and a master’s degree in applied science from Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada.
