Mardam Joins HDR's Arizona Group
Tony Mardam has been hired as the manager of HDR’s Arizona Water Business Group and will be based in the firm’s Phoenix office, the company said in an April 16 press release.
Mardam has more than 25 years in consulting, engineering, construction, project finance, and design-build execution of water and wastewater projects. He brings a diverse background of experience to this position, including water and wastewater master planning, development of capital improvement programs and subsequent rate studies, wastewater treatment process and sludge experience, and federal procurement expertise with agencies including the Department of Defense, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, Department of Energy and the U.S. Agency for International Development.
