Ashbrook Simon-Hartley Acquires Centriquip

Houston-based water and wastewater treatment solution provider Ashbrook Simon-Hartley acquired Centriquip Ltd, a centrifuge manufacturer, according to an April 9 press release.

Centriquip Ltd, based in Clay Cross, Derbyshire, is the largest decanter centrifuge manufacturer in the United Kingdom. It also provides a range of solid separation technologies, such as rotary drum thickeners, sand filters, and odor control equipment.
