EDR Extends Global Reach of commonground
An additional 200 professionals worldwide have recently joined commonground, the global online business community for environmental due diligence. The bump in membership comes after Environmental Data Resources, Inc. (EDR) invited a select group of environmental professionals from Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and South America to join the community, according to a Dec. 30 press release.
Since its launch in April 2008, commonground has been accessed by thousands of environmental professionals in the United States.
This global outreach is another step in EDR's effort to bring together the entire environmental property due diligence industry. International discussions and blogs have included such topics as: nuclear power, recent amendments to Japanese environmental due diligence law, industry best practices, water recycling methods, and the Spanish Phase I market.
