Flowserve Response Center Opens in Bangalore, India
Flowserve Corporation, a flow control products and services provider for the oil and gas, power, chemical, water and general industries, announces the opening of its newest Quick Response Center (QRC) in Bangalore, India.
The QRC is part of the company's network of aftermarket service centers around the world. Located at its existing Bangalore facility, the 4,000-square-feet center will manufacture and service Limitorque actuators for the petrochemical and power industry in India. Flowserve has maintained a local presence in the country since 1997.
"This new QRC ties directly into our globalization strategy. Our goal is to provide local manufacturing and service capabilities in regions with significant growth potential," said Tom Pajonas, president of the company's Flow Control Division. "Flowserve QRCs help our customers around the world reduce lifecycle costs, extend equipment life, and maximize reliability."
