EPA Extends CO2 Sequestration Comment Period

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has extended the public comment period for the proposed regulations on underground injection of carbon dioxide for geologic sequestration. EPA must receive comments on or before Dec. 24. Direct your comments to Docket ID No. EPA-HQ-OW-2008-0390 through http://www.regulations.gov.
