United Site Services Acquires FastBreak Portables
United Site Services, Inc. of Boston, Mass., has acquired FastBreak Portables Co., a portable restroom company in Atlanta, Ga., according to a Sept. 16 press release.
The move further strengthens the company's ability to serve customers in the construction and special events markets throughout the Atlanta area. "FastBreak Portables was one of the fastest growing providers in Atlanta and highly regarded for great customer service, so it was an ideal fit for our family at United Site Services," said Kevin Bruce, president and chief executive officer.
Founded in 2005, FastBreak's roots in the business go back to 1996, when the company's former president worked for a large portable restroom service provider during the Olympics. A strong commitment to customer service quickly built FastBreak's customer base, and the company became the preferred provider for special events and construction projects throughout the region.
United Site Services serves many high-profile events including PGA tournaments, NASCAR races, professional sports stadiums, air shows, marathons, fundraising events, concerts, and other large events in Georgia and nationwide.
With its recent growth, the company now directly serves customers in 20 states from Boston to San Diego and Miami to Seattle in more than 50 operating locations. United Site Services is the largest provider of portable restrooms and temporary fence, storage, erosion control, power, and other site services.
