Hydro International Names Williams COO, Reorganizes
Hydro International of Portland, Maine announced Jan. 3 the promotion of Chris Williams to the newly created role of chief operating officer, overseeing the company’s European and U.S. business divisions.
The company provides environmentally sustainable products and innovative solutions that control and treat stormwater, wastewater and combined sewer overflows.
Williams will work out of offices in Portland and European headquarters in Clevedon in the United Kingdom.
With Williams assuming day-to-day control, Steve Hides, chief executive officer, will shift his focus to strategic growth and, in particular, plans for export expansion and business acquisitions.
