Nova Analytics Corporation acquires ADS Corp. a subsidiary of Axel Johnson Inc.
Nova Analytics Corporation of Woburn, Mass. announced recently the acquisition of ADS Corp., a subsidiary of Axel Johnson Inc. ADS manufactures and distributes flow measurement equipment and software. Collectively, the two divisions of ADS, ADS Environmental Services and Accusonic Technologies, provide services to customers in more than 40 countries and have conducted over 5,000 flow measurement projects in their 30-year history.
ADS Environmental Services provides industry-leading innovations in acoustic Doppler technologies, analytical software, and real-time, Web-hosted reporting for the wastewater collection system industry.
Accusonic Technologies pioneered the development of multiple, parallel path transit time monitors valued for extreme accuracy in the hydroelectric and water transport industries.
