Veolia ES Industrial Services, Inc., has acquired Pacific Liners, a full service pipe and sewer line restoration company. Established in 1993, Pacific Liners offers a complete line of processes and services to maintain and rehabilitate underground pipelines using trenchless technologies.

With 2007 revenue of $21 million, Pacific Liners' services include cleaning, inspection, pipeline restoration, and manhole and structure rehabilitation.

Veolia plans to retain Pacific Liners' Vacaville, Calif., office location and its 75 employees, including its management team, administrative staff, and field personnel.
