Free Reusable Bags from Target on Earth Day
On April 21, Target will be giving away 1.5 million reusable bags to their customers as a way to celebrate Earth Day.
At their stores across the U.S., Target will be handing out 1.5 million free reusable bags to celebrate Earth Day and to encourage their customers and employees to adopt more eco-friendly lifestyles. During the giveaway, 250,000 of the free bags will be packed with sustainable items, such as Burt’s Bees Moisturizing Cream and Seventh Generation Laundry Detergent.
For using a reusable bag at Target, customers get a five-cent discount on their purchase. The giveaway will begin on Sunday, April 21, at 10 a.m. and will continue until all 1.5 million bags have been handed out. To learn more about Target’s sustainable initiative, please click here.
