I do have several solution from what I listen on the news, but I need to know how many feet of pipe do we have to work with,to determine my different ideas.First what is the pressure coming out of the pipe, if we have 100 feet of pipe on the sea floor from the weel go back 15 feet from the end squeeze with heavy rounded weight to minimise the flow and at the end put a collar around the end of pipe with long new flexible pipe 500 feet or so let it lay at the bottom of the ocean and it will freeze
