The IDEAL MBBR™ acts as a roughing reactor, unloading the existing system by 60-80%. The plant upgrade can be achieved with no disruption in facility manufacturing or wastewater system performance. World Water Works offers a special PAYS™ program that allows this upgrade to be paid overtime.

LEAPprimary significantly reduces overall energy use, costs and physical space requirements by combining separation, thickening and dewatering of primary wastewater solids into one compact, high-performance unit. It replaces conventional clarification and fine screening in a typical MBR plant. LEAPprimary offers high removal of total suspended solids (50-70 percent) and biochemical oxygen demand (25-40 percent), and the removed solids can be dewatered to 20-30 percent dry matter, minimizing handling costs. Since solids and organic material are removed prior to secondary biological treatment, energy use for biological treatment is reduced.

Controlled remotely with a dedicated PLC HMI, the remote desktop capability allows process engineers to start and stop batch and continuous operations, adjust their parameters, and check process conditions such as air temperature, airstream velocity, and retention time in real time while away from the processing line. This is ideal for water/wastewater, food, beverage, chemical, pharmaceutical, plastics, and other processors with multiple facilities worldwide and/or those operating in controlled environments.

The Model DCA-23 Seawater Dechlorination Analyzer from Electro-Chemical Devices (ECD) is a low maintenance measurement solution that requires no chemicals to monitor seawater chlorine levels accurately in a wide range of industrial process and municipal water treatment applications.
Seawater has multiple process industry uses, including heat exchange systems at LNG terminals, oil/gas refineries, electric power plants and SWAC systems (salt water air conditioning) in commercial buildings. The DCA-23 is a single-purpose analyzer that monitors chlorine in seawater from 0.0 to 2.00 ppm. It features an economical, low-maintenance design that requires no chemicals.
The analyzer measures the pH, temperature, and Total Residual Oxidant (TRO) of seawater and converts them into an equivalent ppm chlorine value, which is displayed to conform with existing conventions. It features a minimum detection limit (MDL) of 0.014 ppm and a limit of quantification (LOQ) of 0.044 ppm, making the DCA-23 Analyzer suitable for monitoring in environments with the most stringent dechlorination regulations.
The DCA-23 features three sensors, pH, TRO and temperature. The pH sensor measures from 0-14 pH, the TRO sensor measures from ±1500 mV and the temperature sensor measures from 0-100°C. The DCA-23 with its tri-parameter monitoring, is the ideal seawater chlorine analyzer for a wide range of applications.
