PIG® Well Pad Liner 130
The extra-thick PIG® Well Pad Liner 130 is designed for long-term deployments and use over especially coarse, sharp, or shift-prone subbase. Three times more tear-resistant and five times more puncture-resistant than standard 30-mil HDPE liners, the PIG® Well Pad Liner 130 allows for use through multiple phases of drilling while requiring minimal repair. Weldable and sealable for easy installation, the liner will not pull apart under wheels or foot traffic.
4CM Carbon Monoxide Sensor
City Technology's 4CM, carbon monoxide sensor was developed to meet the most stringent toxic gas and mining standards. The 4CM improves the functionality, reliability and effectiveness of PPE in hostile environments, by responding 12 percent faster to CO hazards and recovering in over half the time of the industry average. It has a typical T90 time of seven seconds and a recovery time to an indicated level of less than 2ppm in less than 100 seconds. During 50-day exposures in 120°F and 11 percent relative humidity, and 120°F at 95 percent relative humidity, the 4CM operated to specification. The sensor provides excellent accuracy and stability at high and low gas concentrations, meeting the EN45544 requirements for uncertainty, typically achieving 1ppm for zero concentrations and less than 1 percent variation at 250, 750 and 1000ppm.

Well Pad Liner
Designed to cover drill sites and help protect workers and the environment, the PIG Well Pad Liner’s high-traction surface minimizes slip-and-fall-injuries and absorbs nuisance leaks, drips and spills on contact. A strong, single-layer liner, 4X stronger and 2X more puncture-resistant than standard HDPE liners, plus an embedded barrier film within the liner, helps prevent major spills from reaching the ground. UV resistant, its 100 percent polypropylene, single-layer construction, heat-fused and needle-punched, will not pull apart when walked on or driven over. Weldable and sealable for easy installation, and incinerable to reduce waste.
110 Gallon Trapper
EXAIR's 110 Gallon Chip Trapper removes solids such as chips, swarf and shavings out of used coolants and other liquids with its compressed air power. It vacuums the dirty coolant or liquid into the included 110 gallon drum; while trapping all the solids in a reusable filter bag. There are no motors or impellers to clog or wear out. It features a built-in pressure/vacuum relief and an automatic safety shutoff to prevent spills or overfilling.

PIG LEAKTRAPPER is a universal absorbent bag designed to secure leaking nozzles, faucets and valves. The bag captures the leaks and drips at their source before they hit the ground or contaminate soil. It contains low-profile PIG Mat pads held in place by a permeable inner liner. The PIG Mat pads soak up and retain oils, coolants, solvents and water even when the bag is turned upside down. The bag also provides an extra level of containment for liquid that leaches from oversaturated absorbents.
Smart Key Cabinet
Videx’s CyberKey Vault 20 is a smart key cabinet. Electronic keys that are stored in it contain no permissions to open any locks in a facility. Rather, when an employee needs a key, his or her RFID card or PIN must be entered to open the vault and request a key to be programmed and released. The key that is released contains the access permissions specific to that person. The product also automatically sends audit reports to management.
Reusable Facepiece Respirator
3M’s Ultimate FX Full Facepiece Reusable Respirator FF-400 Series delivers comfort and durability, while enabling a wide peripheral view, quick assembly and disassembly, and an easy-to-clean lens. The respirator features a lens coated with Scotchgard Protector to help resist certain dirt, paint and stains. The respirator design includes a cradle that helps with donning the respirator and reducing pressure and hair pulling. Also included is a six-strap head harness configuration for a secure fit that reduces further pressure points.

Toxic Gas Detector
The TS4000H Intelligent Toxic Gas Detector from General Monitors is compatible with HART communication protocol. The detector offers protection against a wide range of hazardous industrial gases, including chlorine and hydrogen chloride, and is able to safeguard against oxygen deficiency. Designed for use in waste and wastewater treatment sites, the device features event logs, an LED display and explosion-proof housing. The system displays gas concentrations up to 500 ppm, fault codes for troubleshooting, and prompting when calibration is needed.
Phoenix Contact’s non-incendive barriers use current- and voltage-limiting circuitry to minimize the risk of ignition in hazardous Class I, Division 2 or Zone 2 environments. The PI/NI-2D/24 barrier protects 24-volt digital signals in the event of a short circuit or over-voltage condition. The PI/NI-2I/I version limits the maximum short circuit current to 24 mA in 4-20 mA loops. The units can be installed with two-wire 4-20 mA transmitters.

Electronic Pressure and Temperature Switches
One Series explosion-proof electronic pressure and temperature switches by United Electric Controls are designed for plant safety alarm and shutdown applications that require a switch. The switches provide programmable adjustments, 0.1-percent repeatability, and do not require calibration. The units can be integrated into a safety instrumented system and are suitable for SIL1 applications. The series offers on-board diagnostics for each unit.
EXAIR’s Type 316 Stainless Steel Super Air Knife is designed for blocking harmful vapors and fumes on plating operations, blowing corrosive chemicals off parts, drying pharmaceutical products, and cooling hot materials such as molten glass, castings and molded parts. The uniform sheet of high-velocity air pulls in surrounding room air and amplifies it at a ratio of 40:1. The product can withstand temperatures up to 800 degrees Fahrenheit and contains no moving parts.
