Adventus Group
EHC-L
EHC-L by Adventus, is a cold-water soluble formulation of EHC that is specially designed to be emplaced via existing wells and/or hydraulic injection networks for the treatment of a wide range of groundwater contaminants. . EHC-L is a stable, buffered, micro-emulsion of slow-release, food-grade carbon (lecithin), ferrous iron and a redbox buffer (cysteine). EHC-L is designed for on-site dilution with cold water and subsequent application via screened wells or direct push technology for the treatment of compounds amenable to reductive transformation, including chlorinated hydrocarbons and some dissolved heavy metals. It generates both biotic and abiotic reductive mechanisms and capitalizes on synergies between the two.

AkzoNobel Surface Chemistry
NPE Replacement
AkzoNobel Surface Chemistry’s Berol® 609 is an alcohol ethoxylate blend designed to match the key properties and performance of nonylphenol ethoxylates (NPEs) typically used in industrial degreasing formulations (NP9 and NP10 ). At the same time, this product provides a safe, biodegradable alternative and exceeds the degreasing power of other NPE replacements. Completely water-soluble, it may be used as a direct, drop-in replacement for NP9 and NP10 in aqueous cleaning formulations.
CBI Polymers
Gel Decontaminant
CBI Polymers’ DeconGel™ decontaminates a broad range of surfaces, including concrete, steel, painted or unpainted, glove boxes, hoods, and casks. The gel’s binding properties trap and encapsulate a wide spectrum of radioisotopes and chemicals in a simple, no-preparation process. Users simply apply, let dry, and peel, and the dried film containing the contaminants can be disposed of according to appropriate regulations.
Hazmat Spill Training
Excal Visual LLP's
Spills & Skills: Non-Emergency HazMat Spill Response training video package is designed to show personnel the correct response and cleanup procedures for non-emergency (non-HAZWOPER) releases of hazardous materials and wastes. The package includes a CD and an 18.5 minute DVD, a trainer's guide, and employee quiz, SiteCast™, a PowerPoint template for site-specific training, and a Spill Locker Poster that summarizes procedures and contains a spill locker inventory list.
Highland Tank
Vertical Aboveground Storage Tanks
Highland Tank’s aboveground vertical tanks are an ideal solution for storage of various liquid products. The tanks provide safe storage while using the least amount of valuable real estate for petroleum products, chemicals, asphalt and asphalt emulsions, ethanol, biodiesel, fertilizers or liquid wastes. The carbon or stainless steel storage tanks range in volume from 185 to 49,500 gallons and are available with VOC compliant exterior coatings, specialized interior linings, and many options and accessories.
Nextteq
Sulfide Ion Detector Tubes
The Gastec Sulfide Ion in Solution Detector Tube No. 211 from Nextteq detects sulfide ion levels in solution. With the easy-to-use system, direct-reading tubes produce a quantitative color-stain that quickly pinpoints problem areas in two to three minutes. The calibration scale, printed directly on each tube, provides on-the-spot results. The Gastec sulfide ion tube requires no color comparison chart or laboratory equipment to determine results. The colorstain ends with a clearly defined line of demarcation to further eliminate confusion.
Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.
FT-IR Sampling Solutions
Thermo Fisher Scientific’s FT-IR sampling solutions provide a cost-effective approach to characterizing the chemical composition of biological systems, such as lipids, in algae. The easy-to-use solutions combine instrumentation, accessories and software to increase the number of biological samples that can be analyzed with automated spectroscopy. Industry professionals can choose from among four different configurations capitalizing on ATR spectroscopy, transmission spectroscopy, reflectance spectroscopy and infrared microscopy to suit varying analytical requirements and sample preparation methods.
Petrolab Company
Fuel Analyzer
Petrolab Company’s Grabner IROX FTIR Analyzer delivers fast, accurate and portable fuel testing. The mid-infrared spectrum is measured to provide comprehensive fuel composition information. More than 30 different components and parameters such as octane and cetane numbers, RVP and distillation properties are assessed. Analyzers do not need initial separation of chemical compounds, advanced analytical training to operate or in-depth application knowledge on petrochemical testing. It also monitors biofuels content and reports octane and cetane numbers in fuels from various feedstock.
Westfall Manufacturing Company
Static Mixer
Westfall’s Model 2800 in-line static mixer is designed for any dosing application requiring the pumping of four different chemicals into a pipe simultaneously. The mixer mounts directly into a piping system and features a fixed-plate with an internal design that mixes using a combination of alternate vortex shedding and intense shear zone turbulence. Available in sizes from ¼- to 120-inches in diameter, the product uses Saf-T-Flo™ retractable injectors and can incorporate one to six injection nozzles.
