EXAIR’s PEEK 3/8 NPT Super Air Nozzle features protective aerodynamic slots that guide the airflow to a single point of convergence for hard-hitting force and dramatic noise reduction over typical blowoffs. Its PEEK plastic construction provides non-marring protection to production items and excellent resistance to damage from harsh chemicals and it operates in temperatures up to 320°F (160°C). The nozzle is suitable for blowoff, cooling and drying applications located in general industrial or corrosive environments.
The Model 1104-PEEK 3/8 NPT Super Air Nozzle provides a strong blowing force. High amplification of airflow produces a blowing force of 1.9 pounds (850 grams), with air consumption of only 35 SCFM at 80 PSIG. Safe operation is assured since the airflow of the CE compliant Super Air Nozzle cannot be blocked, which meets OSHA dead-end pressure standard 29 CFR 1910.242(b). Sound level is very low at 82 dBA and meets OSHA noise requirement 29 CFR 1910.95(a).
The 1104-PEEK Super Air Nozzle is designed to easily replace existing wasteful nozzles or open pipes. The 3/8 NPT Super Air Nozzle is also available in Type 316 Stainless Steel and Zinc Aluminum alloy. Other PEEK thermoplastic air nozzles are available in M4x.05, M5x.05, M6x.075, 1/8 NPT and 1/4 NPT thread sizes.
1” Flat Super Air Nozzle
Flat Super Air Nozzle produces a flat 1" (25mm) wide airstream with a strong blowing force of 9.8 ounces (278g) when mounted 12" (305mm) from the target. The unique design of this efficient nozzle makes it an ideal fit for both tight spaces and tight budgets. The 1" Flat Super Air Nozzle uses EXAIR's patented technology to maximize entrained airflow while reducing noise levels. A precise amount of air is released through the .015" (0.38mm) air gap opening that is set with a stainless steel shim positioned between the body and removable cap. The airstream pulls in surrounding room air to produce a wide, forceful stream of high velocity, laminar airflow. Air consumption is 10.5 SCFM at 80 PSIG. The 75 dBA sound level is below the limits of the OSHA maximum allowable noise exposure standard 29 CFR 1910.95(a). Force and flow may be easily adjusted by installing different shim thicknesses. Optional swivel fittings and Stay Set Flexible Hoses to aim the nozzle are also available. The 1" Flat Super Air Nozzle is available in zinc aluminum alloy construction, suitable for rugged industrial applications.

The S500 ENV meets the need for accurate real-time air quality information in a portable lightweight package that is easily affordable for short term studies, hot-spot monitoring, and taking intermittent measurements.
The S500 ENV comes equipped with a lithium battery capable of 8 hours continuous operation before charging is required, and can log over 8,100 measurements – more than enough for a full day in the field. Customers can choose from a range of interchangeable sensor heads including nitrogen dioxide, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, ozone, hydrogen sulphide, sulphur dioxide, ammonia, and VOCs. A simple to use software package lets them download and manipulate data on their PC. Pilot treatment plants are available and thorough bench testing and pilot treatability studies are conducted to guarantee results.
With a high total dissolved solids (TDS) and saltwater tolerance, www/RESOURCE DAF provides the flexibility to outperform traditional DAFs and ensure longevity. Heavy duty durable polypropylene construction allows operation over a wide temperature range and pH range of 2-13, so the system offers tremendous treatment flexibility. The www/RESOURCE DAF system uses DAG (Dissolved Air Generator) technology, which allows the removal of fine insoluble materials by generating 5-12 micron bubbles, the finest in the industry. The ST100 Flow Meter’s graphical, multivariable, backlit LCD display/readout brings new meaning to the term “process information”. The user-friendly ST100 stores up to five unique calibration groups to accommodate broad flow ranges, differing mixtures of the same gas and multiple gases, and obtains up to 1000:1 turndown. An on-board data logger with an easily accessible, removable 2-GB micro-SD memory card capable of storing 21 million readings comes standard.
The ST100 offers three different types of flow sensors to best match user applications. The fast-response FPC-style is a fast response features an integral flow conditioner and protective shroud optimized for compressed air and clean gas applications. The fast-response, general purpose FP-style features a protective shroud and is the sensor used with FCI’s VeriCal in-situ calibration option. For wet or dirty gases, or erratic flows, the unshrouded S-style facilitates easy cleaning and provides a smoothed response.
The ST100 can be calibrated to measure virtually any process gas, including wet gas, mixed gases and dirty gases. The basic insertion style air/gas meter features a thermal flow sensing element that measures flow from 0.25 to 1000 SFPS (0.07 NMPS to 305 NMPS) with accuracy of ±0.75 percent of reading, ±0.5 percent of full scale.
Designed for rugged industrial processes and plants, ST100 Flow Meters include service up to 850ºF and are available with both integral and remote (up to 1000 feet) electronics versions. The ST100 is agency approved for hazardous environments, including the entire instrument, the transmitter and the rugged, NEMA 4X/IP67 rated enclosure. Instrument approvals in addition to ATEX and IECEx include FM and FMc.
