FS10A Analyzer Flow Switch/Monitor
FS10A Analyzer Flow Switch/Monitor
Water and wastewater operations and plant engineers in search of a flow switch/monitor to ensure flow to their water or gas sampling systems or analyzers will find their solution in the Model FS10A Analyzer Flow Switch/Monitor from Fluid Components International (FCI). No matter how sophisticated a fluid analyzer system may be, it will be ineffective if a sample flow fails to reach the analyzer sensor. The most advanced systems in the world cannot provide accurate results without a valid fluid sample. That’s why FCI developed the advanced FS10 Analyzer Flow/Switch Monitor.
The FS10A Flow Switch/Monitor is designed for use with tubing from 1/8 inch to ½ inch and the electronics may be either integrally mounted or remote mounted from the sensor element. It is extremely sensitive to low flow rate detection, there are no moving parts to foul or clog, and there are no cavities, orifices, or dead-legs to trap or contaminate samples.
FS10A is suitable for application in liquid or gas analyzer sampling systems. It is small, lightweight, and features a choice of electronic outputs including open collector, relay, and
4-20mA outputs. Limit alarms are user programmable for time delay and/or hysteresis. An on-board 10-LED array provides at-a-glance visual indication to the user of flow rate and whether the alarm limit has been tripped. All FS10A set-up parameters can be performed via its two front panel push buttons or via a PC over its RS232C I/O. Its exclusive “learn” mode facilitates easy user set-up of flow range zero and span settings.
Water and wastewater end-users and system integrators will find FCI’s FS10A provides an overall solution for sampling system and analyzer flow assurance. With its advanced electronics and reliable thermal dispersion flow sensing technology, it will ensure the highest integrity process analysis without interruption.

ST100 AirGas Flow Meter
The ST100 Series Thermal Mass Air/Gas Flow Meter from Fluid Components International (FCI) is available in a remote mountable configuration, for applications in hazardous areas or hard-to-reach locations. Its remote mount transmitter, with optional digital display, can be mounted up to 1000 feet (300 meters) away from the flow sensor using interconnecting cable. It measures, displays and transmits the industry’s most extensive array of parameters. It is available with 4-20 mA analog, frequency/pulse, alarm relays or digital bus communications such as HART, Fieldbus, Profibus or Modbus. The ST100 Flow Meter features a unique graphical, multivariable, backlit LCD display/readout that brings new meaning to the term “process information”. The standard on-board data logger features a removable 2-GB micro-SD memory card capable of storing 21 million readings.

Flow/Level/Temperature Switch
The FlexSwitch FLT93S Flow/Level/Temperature Switch from Fluid Components International (FCI) performs monitoring, controlling and alarming of flow rates or levels of critical fluids. The switch is a dual-function, insertion-style instrument that offers either flow/temperature sensing or level/temperature sensing in a single device. The company says a single FLT measures and monitors flow or level and temperature simultaneously with excellent accuracy and reliability. Dual 6A relay outputs are standard and are assignable to flow, level or temperature.

ST100
ST100
The ST100 Series Flow Meter sets a new industry benchmark in process and plant air/gas flow measurement, delivering unsurpassed adaptability and value to meet plant gas flow measurement applications for today and tomorrow.
The ST100 Flow Meter’s graphical, multivariable, backlit LCD display/readout brings new meaning to the term “process information”. It provides the industry’s most comprehensive information with continuous display of all process measurements and alarm status, and the ability to interrogate for service diagnostics.
The user-friendly ST100 stores up to five unique calibration groups to accommodate broad flow ranges, differing mixtures of the same gas and multiple gases, and obtains up to 1000:1 turndown. An optional, patent-pending SpectraCal Gas Equivalency calibration method lets users select and switch between 10 common gases. An on-board data logger with an easily accessible, removable 2-GB micro-SD memory card capable of storing 21 million readings comes standard.
The ST100 offers three different types of flow sensors to best match user applications. The fast-response FPC-style is a fast response features an integral flow conditioner and protective shroud optimized for compressed air and clean gas applications. The fast-response, general purpose FP-style features a protective shroud and is the sensor used with FCI’s VeriCal in-situ calibration option. For wet or dirty gases, or erratic flows, the unshrouded S-style facilitates easy cleaning and provides a smoothed response.
The ST100 can be calibrated to measure virtually any process gas, including wet gas, mixed gases and dirty gases. The basic insertion style air/gas meter features a thermal flow sensing element that measures flow from 0.25 to 1000 SFPS (0.07 NMPS to 305 NMPS) with accuracy of ±0.75 percent of reading, ±0.5 percent of full scale.
Designed for rugged industrial processes and plants, ST100 Flow Meters include service up to 850ºF and are available with both integral and remote (up to 1000 feet) electronics versions. The ST100 is agency approved for hazardous environments, including the entire instrument, the transmitter and the rugged, NEMA 4X/IP67 rated enclosure. Instrument approvals in addition to ATEX and IECEx include FM and FMc.

FlexSwitch FLT93 Pump Protection Flow Switch
The FlexSwitch FLT93 Pump Protection Flow Switch reduces pump repair and extends pumplife by detecting dry running conditions caused by irregular liquid flows or slurries. It monitors the flow and temperature of liquids, gases, slurries, syrups, lubricants, coolants and more. It is ideal for pump wet/dry detection, where sudden, unexpected reductions in media flow rates may leave pumps vulnerable to over-heating conditions that can result in bearing or seal damage that require major repairs or shorten their useful life. It also offers a highly robust scheme for pump protection with its dual alarm capability and features a wide set-point range, which varies according to service media (liquid, gas or foam), beginning from 0.01 to 3 SFPS (0.003 to 0.9 SMPS) in water-based liquids.
