Heavy Duty HEPA Vac
EXAIR’s new Heavy Duty HEPA Vac attaches to an ordinary 55 gallon open top drum to turn it into a powerful, HEPA quality, industrial vacuum cleaner. The Heavy Duty HEPA Vac is designed to move more material with less wear. In addition, this vacuum has been engineered to filter contaminants to HEPA requirements in dusty environments requiring frequent cleaning. It is extremely quiet at 82 dBA (half the noise of electric vacs), making it suitable for a wide variety of environments. An economical, easily maintained pre-filter stops larger particles, while the HEPA filter handles the smaller matter. All filters are tested for minimum 99.97% filtration at the 0.3 micron level to meet HEPA standards in strict accordance to IEST-RP-CC-007. The Heavy Duty HEPA Vac System comes complete with the Heavy Duty Dry Vac, lever lock drum lid, shutoff valve, pre-filter, HEPA filter, 10' (3m) static resistant hose, hose hanger, 1/2 NPT quick connects coupling, 20' (6m) compressed air hose, pressure gauge, and aluminum chip wand (drum not included).
1” Flat Super Air Nozzle
Flat Super Air Nozzle produces a flat 1" (25mm) wide airstream with a strong blowing force of 9.8 ounces (278g) when mounted 12" (305mm) from the target. The unique design of this efficient nozzle makes it an ideal fit for both tight spaces and tight budgets. The 1" Flat Super Air Nozzle uses EXAIR's patented technology to maximize entrained airflow while reducing noise levels. A precise amount of air is released through the .015" (0.38mm) air gap opening that is set with a stainless steel shim positioned between the body and removable cap. The airstream pulls in surrounding room air to produce a wide, forceful stream of high velocity, laminar airflow. Air consumption is 10.5 SCFM at 80 PSIG. The 75 dBA sound level is below the limits of the OSHA maximum allowable noise exposure standard 29 CFR 1910.95(a). Force and flow may be easily adjusted by installing different shim thicknesses. Optional swivel fittings and Stay Set Flexible Hoses to aim the nozzle are also available. The 1" Flat Super Air Nozzle is available in zinc aluminum alloy construction, suitable for rugged industrial applications.

EXAIR’s Digital Flowmeter provides an excellent way to monitor compressed air consumption and waste. Now, with the addition of the new USB Data Logger, you also can maintain a history of the Digital Flowmeter’s measurements for analysis. Use the included software to configure the Data Logger to record your flow rate, and record from once a second (about nine hours of data) to up to once every 12 hours (more than two years). Regular monitoring of compressed air usage makes it possible for companies to save thousands of dollars per year by identifying costly leaks or inefficient air products.
EXAIR’s Chip Trapper cleans solids, including chips, swarf and shavings, out of used coolants and other liquids. The unit vacuums the coolant or liquid that is filled with debris into a 55 gallon drum and traps solids in a reusable filter bag. The device is powered by compressed air and features a built-in pressure/vacuum relief, a stainless steel two-way pump assembly, a directional flow valve, a 10 foot vacuum hose and a 20 foot compressed air hose.

EXAIR’s Heavy Duty Dry Vac is a rugged, industrial duty vacuum cleaner that has been engineered to vacuum high volumes of dry materials. The wear-resistant design is suitable for the clean-up of abrasive materials like steel shot, garnet, metal chips, and sand, yet can be used for general purpose applications. The vacuum is compressed air powered and attaches to the user supplied 55 gallon open-top drum. It is extremely quiet at 77 dBA. Surrounding air is kept clean by the 0.1 micron filter bag.

Super Air Knife
EXAIR’s PVDF Super Air Knife provides a laminar curtain of air that can be used to blow off, clean and dry materials in highly corrosive environments not suitable for stainless steel. It is ideal for use in the manufacturing of solar cells, lithium ion batteries, semiconductors, medical devices and processes that include electroplating, transfer of acids, caustic chemicals, brine, and solvent recovery. The product consists of PVDF, Hastelloy C-276 alloy screws, and a PTFE shim to adjust the airstream.
EXAIR’s Heavy Duty Threaded Line Vac Conveyors convert piping to a conveying system for steel shot, metal parts, scrap, and trim bulk materials. Designed for rugged, industrial applications, the device has a hardened alloy construction. The conveyors eject a small amount of compressed air through directed nozzles to produce a vacuum on one end with high output flows on the other.
EXAIR’s Adjustable E-Vac® series of compressed air-powered vacuum generators adjust vacuum and flow rates to suit application requirements. The vacuum pumps are designed for a variety of box opening, clamping, lifting, chucking and surface mounting applications. With a turn of the unit, vacuum and flow levels can be changed to overcome porosity and increase or decrease the lifting power. The uniform sheet of high-velocity air pulls in surrounding room air and amplifies it at a ratio of 40:1. The product can withstand temperatures up to 800 degrees Fahrenheit and contains no moving parts.
