Mi.Data is a web-based portal that enables municipalities to strengthen relationships with consumers by providing a consolidated view of water and electricity usage online. Usage data that is collected and stored by Mi.Net, an advanced two-way AMI system graphically presented to consumers in a format allowing them to monitor their water and electricity consumption; set preferences to receive informational alerts on water bans, usage goals, budget thresholds and data anomalies, which may indicate potential household water leaks; and compare current usage to previous time periods (by day, week, or month).

Mueller Systems 420 RDM
Mueller Systems’ 420 RDM is a remote disconnect meter (RDM) that allows municipalities to remotely manage water services through AMI networks from the office or from their vehicles. The 420 RDM is fully-integral with 5/8" positive displacement (PD) meters—in standard AWWA laying lengths—without requiring any re-plumbing. It can be used for complete water service shutoffs or configured to limit shutoffs to provide life sustenance flow for utilities that have policies against completely terminating water supplies to residential customers.
