Inge Watertechnologies to Supply Ultrafiltration for Tangshan Plant

inge watertechnologies AG has won a multimillion dollar contract for a 110,000 cubic meters per day seawater treatment plant in Tangshan that will require 1,536 ultrafiltration modules.

Reverse osmosis and ultrafiltration (UF) are increasingly becoming the standard combination of choice for seawater treatment plants. According to Bruno Steis, chief executive officer of inge watertechnologies, the company's success has been founded in the reliability and quality of its German-made UF membranes and modules, as well as the benefits offered by its T-Rack technology, an integrated module/rack system. A T-Rack has a footprint that is up to 60 percent smaller than conventional rack systems.

“This contract with Hangzhou Xidoumen is the biggest single order in our company's history and a further important milestone on our path towards further growth," Steis said.
