Corps of Engineers Awards $25 M Contract to LRS Federal

The Omaha District of the Corps of Engineers awarded LRS Federal LLC (LRS), a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO) engineering and technical services company, a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) to provide environmental remediation services.

The contract has a five-year period of performance with a maximum value of $25 million and is targeted for use by the Corps of Engineers’ Northwestern Division and its nationwide customers. The contract awarded will include firm-fixed price task orders for a wide range of environmental services at various known or suspected hazardous, toxic, and radioactive waste (HTRW) sites. Services may include, but are not limited to, the control of environmental contamination from pollutants, toxic substances, and hazardous materials.

LRS Federal is headquartered outside Annapolis, Md., and has additional offices in Virginia, Tennessee and Colorado. Its projects are implemented at federal installations nationwide with a focus on engineering, environmental services, “green” energy initiatives, construction management and program/project management support.
